The legal troubles keep piling up for Diddy

In the latest lawsuit, the mogul has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.

According to Variety, attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. The complaint states that an anonymous accuser who resides in California says the alleged assault took place in 2005. At the time, the plaintiff was a 10-year-old rapper and actor.

The suit says that John Doe’s parents hired a consultant and left him alone in a hotel room with Diddy. Allegedly, the Bad Boy Records founder gave him soda that was laced with drugs.

“Combs told the plaintiff to move closer to him, which the plaintiff did. He then abruptly pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes… Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it,” the suit read.

Although the plaintiff resisted, Diddy allegedly engaged in a sexual act.

“Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out,” the suit continued.

John Doe claimed to have lost consciousness during the encounter and claimed to have experienced pain and his pants were unfastened.

After telling his parents about the alleged incident, they were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.” Because of the alleged incident, the plaintiff was homeschooled and suffers from anxiety and severe depression.

In a statement, Diddy’s legal team has denied all accusations against the plaintiff.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false, the lawyer’s statement read. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Along with the latest lawsuit, Diddy is facing federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
