According to reports, a man accusing Diddy of sexually assaulting him at a 2007 Hamptons party has spoken publicly for the first time in a televised interview.

The man, who appeared with his identity concealed and voice digitally altered, shared his account with CNN’s Elizabeth Wagmeister, discussing claims outlined in his civil lawsuit. The complaint surfaced earlier this year as part of a broader cascade of legal challenges aimed at Diddy. While Diddy has denied these allegations through his attorneys, he also faces separate charges of trafficking and racketeering, to which he has entered a plea of not guilty.

According to John Doe, a former security contractor at one of Diddy’s parties, the mogul initially came across as “incredibly friendly, very gracious.” However, Doe claims this demeanor shifted dramatically after Diddy handed him two drinks, which he now alleges were secretly laced.

The man stated, “The first drink started to have some effect on me and I just thought, wow, these are really strong drinks.” “It wasn’t until the second drink and it was already too late that I realized something was wrong with the drinks. Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings. He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.”

Doe continued, “I was screaming. I was telling him to stop. It was incredibly painful. He was acting like it was nothing. He seemed to be disconnected from it but it was abusive beyond belief.”

Per CNN, Doe has also alleged that a “high-profile individual” witnessed the assault. However, discrepancies emerged between the accuser’s televised statements and the details outlined in the initial complaint. For instance, the complaint originally listed 2006 as the year of the alleged assault, though Doe later corrected this to 2007. Legal representatives for Doe have updated the filing, citing what CNN described as a “rush to file” as the source of the errors.

In an October statement, Diddy’s representatives expressed unwavering confidence in the judicial process. His legal team said in response, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.” “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

They added, “After Buzbee was exposed this week for pressuring clients to bring bogus cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that — contrary to his allegations — there was no White Party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to walk back the allegations and now claim a different day and wholly different year.”
