TMZ reports, that one of the women accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct has met with Miami police. The outlet says that Adria English — the woman he allegedly assaulted at a 2004 white party — met with authorities last week. While she did file a civil suit against the disgraced mogul, no legal action was taken. Miami Beach PD did confirm to the outlet that they did meet with English, however, there was no evidence to move forward. That said, officials revealed they handed their information over to federal authorities.

English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell tells TMZ that she’s “cautiously optimistic” and plans to file another police report in New York. Diddy’s attorney Jonathan Davis told the outlet, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.” His statement continues: “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

Last year, Cassie sued the Diddy and accused him of rape, physical abuse, and human trafficking. Nearly one day later, the pair settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. The former couple were together for 11 years, from 2007 until 2019. A few months back, CNN obtained a video of Diddy violently assaulting Cassie. Following the video’s release Diddy hopped on Instagram to offer an apology. “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that,” he began.

The superstar and hitmaker claims he was not himself: “I mean I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses.” Diddy added, “My behavior on the video was inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.” In May, Rolling Stone released its scathing exposé about his dark past. The expose explores allegations of violence that go back as far as Combs’ days at Howard University.
