Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on September 16th on multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, bribery, kidnapping, and forced labor. Hot97 reported that he’s sharing a prison unit with other high-profile inmates, such as the crypto fraudster, Sam Bankman-Fried. The mogul is being detained at Metropolitan Detention Center, which is notorious for having extremely rough conditions. Inside sources say he’s having a difficult time. In fact, it seems that conditions are only getting worse for him, as he now allegedly refuses to eat.

According to NewsNation, former inmate Larry Levine, believes Diddy may be rejecting all his meals due to fears of being poisoned. Levine stated, “There’s people out there that he has things on that do have a substantial amount of money. Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to actually poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies, and no one would really think anything of it.” “So that may be one of the reasons he’s not eating.” He also mentioned how it could also be a potential hunger strike since the food at the prison facility has “a lot of carbohydrates” and is terrible quality.

Diddy’s new living conditions:

The Metropolitan Detention Center holds over 1200 inmates, widely known for its rough environment. The prison is known to be “plagued by chronic understaffing, constant lockdowns, outbreaks of violence, delayed access to medical care, and a rash of suicides and death.” Diddy’s lawyers sought a $50 million bail during trial, arguing that “Several courts in this District have recognized that the conditions at Metropolitan Detention Center are not fit for pre-trial detention.” However, their request was denied due the judge’s concern of Diddy witness tampering.
