Diddy reportedly accused ex-girlfriend, Cassie, of cheating on him before the alleged abuse.

According to Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said she had been sleeping with her trainer for years, according to Inner City Press.

Cassie is currently married to trainer, Alex Fine.

In a previous resurfaced video, Diddy was seen physically assaulting Cassie.

The video was obtained by CNN and it shows Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, running down a hotel hallway chasing after Cassie, kicking, pushing and dragging her. The video is dated to March 5, 2016. The incident took place at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles

Following the video, Fine, shares a heartfelt message titled “Letter to women and children” via Instagram. The message reads, “men who hit women aren’t men. Men who enable it and protect those people aren’t men. As men violence against women shouldn’t be inevitable, check your brothers, friends and your family. Our daughters, sisters, mothers and wife should feel protected and loved.”

The message continues: “to the abusers, you’re done, you’re not safe anymore, you’re not protected anymore, the men by your side are just as weak, you’re so miserable with yourself that d***h would be considered a weakness.”

Diddy Makes Second Attempt at bail:

Diddy is currently in federal custody and will have to sit for a while longer as his first attempt at bail was denied.

TMZ reports that inside the courtroom yesterday, Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky said, “I thank your family members for coming, but I cannot release him” after Diddy proposed a $50 million bail package to the court.

In another attempt to get released, Diddy says he will not have any female visitors. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s legal team says the security company that keeps a log of all visitors to his Miami Beach home, will “hand over those logs to the government nightly in order to be fully transparent about who Diddy is contacting.”

Diddy team also says he will limit all his visitors to strictly family, property caretakers and friends “who are not co-conspirators in the federal indictment.”

He also agrees to weekly drug testing.

He is still currently in custody, and we will keep you updated if his second attempt at bail is granted.
