Reports suggest that Diddy is refusing to leave his cell to respond to multiple sexual assault lawsuits filed against him.
While he remains incarcerated awaiting trial for sex trafficking, the mogul is accused of delaying two key legal proceedings. In court documents filed on December 30, Tony Buzbee’s associate attorney claims that Diddy’s refusal to leave his cell to accept service is obstructing the progress of the lawsuits. The attorney has requested that the upcoming court conferences scheduled for January 10 be postponed, with a proposed new date in February. Despite this, both legal teams appear to have agreed on the direction of each case.
Neither Diddy nor his legal representatives have commented on the allegation regarding his refusal to leave his cell.
Diddy Hit With Another Sexual battery and trafficking lawsuit
A new legal battle against mogul Diddy accuses him of hosting wild parties and subjecting staff to sexual harassment. Phillip Pines, who worked as Diddy’s assistant from 2019 to 2021, filed a lawsuit accusing the music mogul of sexual battery, harassment, and sex trafficking. The suit alleges Pines was responsible for preparing and cleaning hotel rooms for events dubbed “Wild King Nights.”
Pines claims he was directed to fill Puffy’s hotel suites with alcohol, libido-enhancing honey packs, baby oil, sex machines, and illicit drugs. He describes the parties as lasting several days, with aftermaths involving cleaning bodily fluids, drugs, condoms, and even blood. Pines also alleges that hotel staff were paid handsomely to keep the chaos hidden from the public eye.
Furthermore, Pines accuses Diddy of pressuring him to engage in sexual acts with a woman under his supervision. In response, Diddy and his legal team have categorically denied all accusations, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.” They further noted, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The criminal proceedings involving charges of racketeering and human trafficking are set to begin in May 2025.
