Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a $100 million default judgment in a sexual assault case.

The lawsuit, filed in Lenawee County, claims Combs drugged and assaulted Cardello-Smith at a party in Detroit back in 1997. Cardello-Smith, known for filing civil lawsuits from prison, claims Combs offered him a spiked drink, leading him to pass out and later wake up to the alleged assault.

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, strongly denied the accusations, calling Cardello-Smith a “convicted felon and sexual predator” and dismissing the lawsuit as fraudulent. Agnifilo also claims Combs was never served with the lawsuit and plans to have the judgment overturned, the Detroit’s Metro Times reports.

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years. His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed,” said Agnifilo.

According to the outlet, the legal documents were sent to an outdated address, leading to Combs’ team missing the notice.

Cardello-Smith also alleges that Combs offered him $2.3 million to drop the case, which he refused. The judgment requires Combs to start paying $10 million monthly, starting October 1.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Diddy is saying goodbye to his massive Beverly Hills pad for a jaw-dropping price tag.

According to Page Six, the embattled music mogul has listed his Beverly Hills mansion for a jaw-dropping $61 million. The gossip mill had been buzzing about this move, and now it’s official. Sources close to the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ rapper reveal that the sale “comes as no surprise to insiders, despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul.”

Bought for $40 million a decade ago, the 13,000-square-foot estate boasts a grand foyer, gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art theater, and a two-story guest house with a gym and recording studio. Outside, enjoy expansive lawns, a resort-style pool with waterfall, basketball court, and even a BBQ and pizza oven.
