DJ Khaled had to reject a fan that was doing too much.
Earlier this week, Khaled shared a video sitting in his car surrounded by fans. Khaled could be heard in a video saying his infamous line, “They didn’t believe in us, God did.”
One excited fan was astonished at the “We The Best” DJ’s Rolls Royce. The woman decided to shoot her shot and said, “This is a cool car. Can I come sit with you?” That’s when DJ Khaled let her know, absolutely not. He replied,
“Oh no, baby. I’m taken.” The woman started to blush after hearing the response. He continued to tell her, “Baby, I’m taken. I am taken. I’m very happy, and I’m taken. Love and respect … I’m taken ladies.” Then toward the end, he promoted his upcoming album titled, God Did.
Fans in the comment section reiterated that he’s not available; multiple people wrote, “he’s taken.” Someone else said, “baby, I’m taken, great answer. ANOTHER ONE.” Another person said, “Hey bro, that’s [100],” with a keeping it 100 emoji.
Toward the end, Khaled said, “But look, my album coming out.” On July 6, Khaled announced he was dropping a new album. He said this one is special because it’s for the “believers and “non-believers.” He said,
“I made this album for all the believers and [non-believers]. They didn’t believe in us…do you?” It’s not clear if this is the album cover, but this is his most recent post about it, shared today (July 19). Take a look:
God Did will be his 13th studio album and a follow-up to his 2021, Khaled Khaled, which saw a lot of success. Billboard points out that it earned him his third No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 album chart and his sixth No. 1 on the Rap Albums chart.
The new album will be released via We The Best Music Group/Epic Records. It’s unclear who will be on it, but fans can expect heavy weights on there, considering how connected Khaled is.
Last month, Khaled shared a flick of him and Drake in the studio. Drizzy may appear on it. Earlier in the week, Khaled posted a picture of Future in the studio, working on the album.
