The divorce continues…
According to reports, Dr. Dre’s wife is trying to get her estranged husband’s alleged mistresses to testify. In the latest court filing, reported on Daily Mail, the three women are singer Jillian Speer, model-turned-skin care entrepreneur Kili Anderson, and Crystal Rogers, aka Crystal Sierra, who is known as the “Queen of Latin hip-hop.”
Nicole wants the three women to admit that they are former lovers of Dre, but the three ladies are fighting against it. They all hired lawyer Kris LeFan. Kris says that the three women don’t have any information relevant to the case. The court filings don’t say if the women had affairs with Dre. However, the report also says even if Dre did cheat on Nicole, “any [extramarital] affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
The biggest battle in Nicole and Dre’s divorce is over a prenup. Dre claims Nicole signed one while she claims she did but was pressured and Dre later tore it up. Dre wants a Los Angeles Superior judge to determine if the prenup is valid and enforceable, according to the report.
