Drake has unfollowed his longtime friend, LeBron James, from Instagram.

According to reports, Drake seemingly went on an unfollowing spree. Aside from James, he also unfollowed Rick Ross, Joe Budden, Kendrick Lamar and more.

The unfollowing seemingly stemmed from his rap battle with Kendrick Lamar. Drake has yet to respond to the claims.

Metro Boomin Speaks:

During a recent interview, Metro Boomin says he has love and respect for Drake. The producer was asked about Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s battle. He says he believe a little competition is healthy for the culture. He also says he has no ill-feelings towards anyone.

“I have love and respect for all my collaborators,” he asserted. “I just want to see everybody do their best and continue to help push this forward.”

“You’re supposed to feel like you’re the best,” Boomin expressed. “With two of the top dogs in the game and you both feel like you’re the best… we gotta have a showdown.”

The producer went on to say he feels like the internet took the battle too far by picking a side. “It’s more like Stan culture,” he noted. “It makes it kind of weird.”
