50 Cent was left speechless after coming across a shocking headline involving Diddy. The rapper took to Instagram on Monday to share a story from NewsNation, which reported that Alfredo P. Gonzalez, who claims to be part of the notorious Sinaloa drug cartel, attempted to file a lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment. Gonzalez accused Diddy of ruining his reputation with his drug business contacts in New York and sought $666,000 in damages. However, Chief U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain swiftly dismissed the case.

Reacting to the headline, 50 Cent captioned his post, “Ok, I have seen it all WTF is going on here,” expressing his disbelief. In the comments, fans quickly pointed out 50’s history of beef with Diddy, with one top comment reading, “50 hate on almost every black man that has more money than him (Mayweather, Jay-Z, Diddy, Rick Ross) jealous fella.” Another commenter was confused by the situation, asking, “Can they actually sue if it’s illegal? And ain’t that them snitching on themselves? I’m confused.”

Judge Swain’s decision highlighted the lack of legal standing in Gonzalez’s case, as his alleged injuries were connected to illegal activities, which the law does not protect. She also noted that the claims were baseless, lacking “an arguable basis either in law or in fact.” The judge even denied Gonzalez the opportunity to amend his lawsuit, concluding that the issues with the case were too significant to fix.

In his lawsuit, Gonzalez claimed that after refusing certain offers, he was warned that his life would be made “hell” due to the “power [Combs] has in the streets.” He argued that this led to the loss of his New York drug cartel business connections, but the court found his accusations to be without merit.
