Foot Locker + Taylor Rooks Hosts Conversation with Top Streetwear Designers

During Black History Month, Foot Locker, Inc is showcasing and commemorating the influence that urban and Black communities have on streetwear. Through their program LEED – Leading Education and Economic Development, Foot Locker, Inc is working to support talented Black designers and their brands.

LEED is Foot Locker, Inc.’s commitment to invest in, amplify, and empower the Black community that has been pivotal in shaping sneaker culture. LEED began in 2020 and is a $200 million commitment to support the Black community through investments in education and economic development opportunities. It is part of the retailer’s commitment to provide $200 million to the Black community.

UNDENIABLE is a four-part content series built around the dynamic discourse between five rising Black LEED designers and moderated by broadcast sports personality Taylor Rooks. 

Featured designers J. Grant (JJ Grant), Drew Sanders (AWARE Brand), Shakir Goodrich (Campus Remixx), Terrance Hosley (The SDN Brand) and Darryl Brown (The Midwest Kids) share the challenges and successes of black entrepreneurship and how LEED has helped them evolve their individual brands.
