Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, are embroiled in a contentious lawsuit alleging racism and exposure to pornography within their Yeezy operations. According to The Washington Post, eight former employees of YZYVSN, a streaming service linked to West’s album plans, are suing. They claim a hostile work environment marred by racial slurs, unfair treatment, and unpaid wages under West, his ex-chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, and Yeezy. Allegations include minors exposed to explicit content by Censori, although she’s not named in the suit.
“No guardrails were put in place to prevent underage YZYVSN workers from viewing pornography,” the lawsuit states, demanding unpaid wages, legal fees, and damages for emotional distress.
Yiannopoulos denied claims on social media, dismissing the lawsuit as baseless and targeting a disgruntled former employee. He refuted involvement in alleged racism and dismissed the existence of Yeezy Porn, asserting signed agreements prevented any exposure.
This lawsuit is among several legal battles involving West. Last month, a former assistant accused him of sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct, including explicit communications and fixation on her partners’ anatomy.
West has yet to publicly address these latest allegations, while Yiannopoulos continues to challenge the lawsuit’s credibility and motives. The legal dispute casts a shadow over West’s business ventures amid ongoing controversies and legal challenges.
