Kanye West has been sued by his former assistant, who accuses the rapper of sexual harassment.

According to TMZ, Ye’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, alleges she was terminated after receiving offensive sexual texts and videos from the rapper.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta states she was a successful OnlyFans model, earning $1 million annually, primarily by posting bikini and lingerie photos.

In July 2021 Kanye put Pisciotta on the payroll, after meeting her during the creation of his fashion line and teaming up with her on three songs for “Donda.”

A year later, she alleges he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising her $1 million annually if she complied. Pisciotta claims he then sent her explicit texts, including graphic sexual fantasies. She also alleges he masturbated during phone calls and fixated on her boyfriends’ penis sizes.

Pisciotta claims she was promoted to Chief of Staff but was fired in October 2022 without receiving the promised $3 million severance. She is suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and hostile work environment.

The latest allegations follow accusations by another employee, Trevor Phillips, who accused the controversial artist of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, among other claims, according to CNN.

Earlier this year, Phillips criticized Ye, his Yeezy company, and his Los Angeles-based K-12 Christian private school, Donda Academy.

Phillips claims that West “treated black staff considerably worse than white employees,” describing the discrimination as “severe.”

“Even during class sessions, Kanye would shout and belittle black employees, while never raising his tone with white staff,” the lawsuit alleges. “Frequently, Kanye directed his aggression toward Phillips—a black man—not only with discriminatory and harassing behavior but also with complete disdain.”

Phillips also claims he witnessed West “express hate, promote antisemitic stereotypes and falsehoods, threaten the LGBTQ+ community, and even, on one occasion, nearly engage in sexually explicit behavior.”

Kanye West’s team has not responded to Pisciotta’s suit.
