Kehlani faces scrutiny as her ex alleges she’s involved in a cult, claiming it could put their child at risk.

According to People, Javaughn Young-White, and internet personality, has filed for full custody of his 5-year-old daughter, Adeya Nomi, whom he shares with the “After Hours” singer.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Young-White, who dated Kehlani from 2018 to 2019, is stirring up drama with some wild claims that she’s mixed up with a dubious crowd—specifically, a cult.

“Adeya was born through a home birth orchestrated by what I would describe as a cult that she belongs in,” writes Young-White in the recent filing. “Due to the fact that Adeya was born in a home and not in a conventional setting like a hospital, my name is not on Adeya’s birth certificate.”

Further, Young-White says he’s been trying for five years to get his name on their daughter’s birth certificate but keeps hitting dead ends. Plus, he’s got doubts about whether their kid even has a Social Security number, as Kehlani allegedly won’t share it. Young-White also suggests that a so-called “cult” is pulling the strings behind the scenes, controlling Kehlani’s every move and even blocking him from seeing their daughter.

But wait, there’s more! Young-White alleges that the cult leader, who remains unnamed, has “numerous accusations of committing sexual assault” and that Kehlani leaves their daughter, Adeya, with cult members, including the leader, during her tours. He claims that “random strangers” from the cult, including one member dubbed “Messiah,” who reportedly takes psychedelic drugs, are involved in bathing Adeya. Despite voicing his concerns, Young-White says Kehlani has dismissed him.

He’s now petitioning the court to establish paternity and secure child support from the chart-topping performer.

Neither Kehlani nor Javaughn Young-White have publicly commented on the family court filing.
