During an interview with Big Loon’s The Experience podcast on Wednesday (Oct. 12), Lil Baby said that he now charges up to $350,000 for a feature.

“I don’t even be doing features no more,” the 27-year-old rapper responded to Big Loon’s question about how much a verse costs. “Like, $300,000…$350,000. But I ain’t been doing features lately.”

He explained that the reason he stopped doing features was because he’s been busy working on his album. “But if I know I ain’t putting out no album, or I ain’t got nothing going on, like, why not?”

Lil Baby’s rate has clearly increased over the past two years. In June 2020, the Quality Control rapper took to his Twitter account to announce that he wants $100,000 for a feature. “At this point it’s safe to say I want 100k for a feature,” he wrote. Meanwhile, co-founder of Quality Control Pierre “Pee” Thomas and rapper Lil Durk told him to double that amount.

Lil Baby has recently appeared on Nicki Minaj’s hit singles “Do We Have A Problem?” and “Bussin.” He was also featured on DJ Khaled’s hit single “Staying Alive” alongside Drake, NAV’s “Never Sleep” alongside Travis Scott, Rob49’s “Vulture Island V2,” and Senior’s “Come Up.” All of these projects were released this year.

This week, the “In A Minute” rapper appeared in a “Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II” trailer alongside Nicki Minaj, Kane Brown, and Pete Davidson. He also announced that he will be headlining at the 2022 FIFA World Cup with the release of the official Budweiser anthem “The World Is Yours To Take.”

Lil Baby is set to drop his third studio album It’s Only Me this Friday, Oct. 14. He just dropped a new single from the project called “Heyy” along with its cover art and track list.
