Lil Tjay claims that Kai Cenat and Adin Ross, two of the biggest streamers in pop culture, are “exploiting” rappers on their respective platforms. The “F.N” hitmaker addressed his issues with the streams in an Instagram rant on Tuesday (Nov. 6). The rant stems from a heated conversation between Tjay and Ross after Kodak Black was a guest on Kai Cenat’s stream over the weekend.
Calling Cenat and Ross “Culture Vultures,” Tjay said, “I fake hate this kid. Kai and [Adin] the biggest d riders in life.”
Tjay would continue to insult Adin Ross in the streamer’s DMs. Confused by the rant origins, Ross replied to Lil Tjay: “Me and Kai always show nothing but love to you. Gotta stop taking them percs that sh*t f*cking with ya head.”
Tjay claims to have sent Ross a voice memo detailing his grievances, alleging that Ross ignored it, choosing instead to brush off the criticism. Throughout the exchange, Tjay also stood up for Kodak Black, asking fans to give Kodak grace and understand his behavior within the larger context of rap culture.
“Stop looking at Yak like he’s a weirdo,” Tjay urged, explaining that the rapper’s demeanor reflects the lived experience of many in their community.
Kai Cenat has not responded to Tjay’s comments yet. Over the weekend, Cenat hosted many celebrities on livestream, including Lil Uzi Vert, Miranda Cosgrove, and Kodak Black.
Fans expressed concern about Kodak Black’s appearance, which appeared awkward and intoxicating. His health became a trending topic across social media with a video of him staggering around the mansion during Cenat’s stream.
