Gucci Mane’s former collaborator and ex-girlfriend, Mac Bre-Z, recently issued a public threat to the rapper, claiming he owes her money for uncredited contributions to his music. Mac Bre-Z, who previously accused Gucci of assault, posted a video where she appeared to directly threaten him. In the clip, she declares, “Soon as I see Gucci Mane, on God, on my soul, I’ll flatline that n-gga in broad daylight. Drop the location, where your next show at?…I bet you I’ll be out there with the damn ‘Glock on my hip, it’s just me and Mac Bre-Z. Yeah, I bet you I’ll flatline that n-gga.”
Mac Bre-Z also shared her frustrations over what she described as continuous censorship of her attempts to expose Gucci, saying, “Listen ya’ll I’m trying my absolute best to expose Gucci, but every time I post receipts they keep taking my shit down…I’m not gon’ stop till he’s in jail.” She indicated intentions to file a lawsuit, though she claimed legal assistance had been challenging to find, adding, “Everybody think I’m crazy.”
Recently, Mac Bre-Z shared that her involvement in Gucci’s music had gone unpaid despite her significant role, writing: “You loved collaborating with me on your albums & mixtapes. But I would love to get paid for my writing credits… Why haven’t you done the right thing & just compensate me for everything I’m entitled to? Everybody eating off these records but me.”
Mac Bre-Z also referenced a 2005 incident during a live performance where Gucci punched her on stage, an event that was recorded and circulated widely. Although she refrained from publicly addressing this or other incidents from their six-year relationship, Gucci Mane has yet to respond to these latest claims and allegations.
