Mary J. Blige has announced 2024 Strength of a Woman Festival and Summit lineup, which features performances from 50 Cent, Jadakiss, and Fat Joe, among others. The event sponsored by Pepsi and Live Nation Urban is scheduled for May 10-12, which is Mother’s Day weekend.
Strength Of A Woman is a two-year-old gathering that focuses on empowering, educating, and elevating women.
The event this year will honor hip-hop mothers with a tribute and Mother’s Day brunch. With the hip-hop heavyweights, Mary’s lineup features Jill Scott, Muni Long, The Clark Sisters, Robert Glasper, Lola Brooke, Paris Sashay. Other special guests include Funk Flex, Angie Martinez, DJ Diamond Kuts, Don’t Call Me White Girl and Tiffany Haddish.

Mary J. Blige was announced to headline Usher’s Lovers & Friends festival in May at Las Vegas Festival Grounds. She declined the offer earlier to perform at the same time due to her plans at this year’s SOAW fest. She decided to participate in the Las Vegas event again after the initial announcement.
Mary J. Blige is among the 2024 Rock N’ Roll Hall-of-Fame nominees. On the ballot with Blige is iconic entertainer Mariah Carey. Fans can vote daily for up to seven of their favorites until April 26 on the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame website.
