Megan Thee Stallion is sued by her former cameraman, accusing her of harassment.
The videographer claims he was “trapped inside” of a moving vehicle while Megan engaged in sexual activity with another woman. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, he is suing the rapper for harassment and a hostile work environment.
The court doc states Emilio Garcia began working for Megan Thee Stallion in 2018 and worked for the rapper full time until June 2023. Around June of 2022, Garcia was said to be traveling in Ibiza, Spain with the artist.
After a night out on the town, Garcia, Meg and other women were riding in an SUV together when “suddenly Stallion and one other woman start[ed] having sex right beside Garcia,” according to the doc.
Garcia “could not get out of the car as it was both moving, and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.” The doc states that Garcia was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
He claims that the next day Megan Thee Stallion told him “don’t ever discuss what you saw” before she “berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards Garcia, such as ‘Fat B-tch.’
Megan has yet to respond to these claims.
The news comes following Megan being honored at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s Spring Into Action gala.
