Megan Thee Stallion is suing a YouTuber for continuing to make false statements about the Tory Lanez shooting case.

According to Billboard, the suit was filed on Wednesday (Oct.30). Megan’s legal team has accused Milagro Gramz of creating a “public campaign to denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about her.

“Enough is enough,” the complaint read. “Ms. Pete (Megan’s government name) is a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide. She will no longer stand for the defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

The complaint also accuses Gramz of “cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.”

Gramz also allegedly spread falsehoods about the case, such as questioning if she was ever shot saying that Megan was “caught trying to deceive the courts.”

“Defendant Cooper’s statements recklessly disregarded the truth and suggested that the firearm was never presented in court because it had allegedly disappeared. It has not,” the suit went on. “The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.”

Gramz shared that she was aware of the lawsuit on X(formerly Twitter) before her account was suspended.

She acknowledged that she is “being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion. Of course, we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too.”

This latest news follows Spiro’s recent dismissal of claims by Lanez that the gun used in her shooting is missing. ”

In his appeal, Lanez alleged that both the gun and fragments from the bullets were missing, which he claimed prevented him from conducting further tests. Spiro argued that the gun is in LAPD custody and remains available for testing.

Lanez’s attorneys claimed that prosecutors failed to “produce and preserve evidence.”

He is currently seeking to overturn his 10-year prison sentence.
