Megan Thee Stallion Teams Up With Amazon For ‘Prime Day’

Megan Thee Stallion is teaming up with Amazon to celebrate the company’s 10th annual Prime Day event. The Houston hottie shared the announcement on Tuesday (June 25), via her Instagram page. “Hold up, hotties![fire emoji] This Prime Day I can be ANYTHING I want, and so can you [sparkle emoji] Get ready for epic deals July 16-17,” she wrote in the caption.

Per the company’s website, “Prime Day is Amazon’s annual deal event on July 16-17, 2024, exclusively for Prime members, featuring two days of epic deals on top brands.” Members will also be able to shop  Megan Thee Stallion’s Prime Day picks featured in the ad — which includes a song from Megan that will be included as a bonus track on her MEGAN album for fans listening on Amazon Music.

Megan Thee Stallion Dropping Self-Titled Album On June 28

Since May 14, the rapper has been on her Hot Girl Summer Tour with GloRilla as the headliner. Kicking off May 14 in Minneapolis at the Target Center Arena, the concert will go on until August of this year. Megan and GloRilla, have already hit big cities like New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia. She recently opened up about her upcoming album, MEGAN. The project is dropping on June 28. The album boasts features from UGK, GloRIlla, Victoria Monet, and more.

In a recent interview with L’Officiel USAthe rapper says that her album focuses on a “rebirth” and the shedding of her past woes. “We don’t just stop at the snake. This is just what everybody sees right now,” she tells the publication. She adds, “Renewal and rebirth are the album’s concept.” Ahead of the album’s upcoming release, the Houston hottie has dropped three singles, “Cobra,” “Hiss,” and “BOA.” Megan says the project’s snake-inspired vibe comes from her love of reptiles and how they’re often misunderstood.
