Megan Thee Stallion has taken her love of fitness to the next level by offering her hotties a new summer workout plan. The “Hiss” rapper’s hottie booty camp has returned and plans to help fans learn how to move like her. She recently shared the trailer for the twerk-inspired workout on social media. Inspired by 1990s ads, the rap star, and her dance team show off their best twerk-tastic moves.

The Grammy winner has documented her fitness journey for quite a while. Earlier this year, Megan Thee Stallion partnered with Planet Fitness for a limited activewear collection. She’s also been known to share herself being drenched in sweat after a tough exercise session. Check out the clip below.

Megan’s Mental Health Journey

Along with her physical health, the rapper has made it a point to share her mental health journey. In 2020, Megan Thee Stallion was involved in an altercation with Tory Lanez, that left her with bullet fragments in her foot. Nearly two years later after a lengthy trial, Lanez was found guilty. During a recent interview, the rapper revealed she didn’t process her feelings correctly. “I was the type of person who worked through everything. Like, Forget it. I’m going to just go to work. Fill up my schedule. I want to do everything. I don’t even want to think about it.”

She continues: “But now I’m like, Well, wait a minute. Let me take my days to myself. I do have boundaries now. The way that I love myself is so different from the way that I did love myself… I’m not doing things to make other people happy. I’m just all about Megan right now, and I love it. I hope that I can continue this way.” Aside from therapy, Megan says taking time for herself helped a ton: “Once I [started] trusting myself and being nicer to myself and setting boundaries, my self-love kept rising.”
