Metro Boomin is set to ignite legal proceedings against a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in 2016. According to reports, Vanessa LeMaistre alleges that the renowned producer assaulted her following a friendship that developed during a trip to Las Vegas. LeMaistre reveals that she was coping with the grief of losing her 9-month-old son and struggling with depression when she met Metro. Following a spark between them in Las Vegas, she recounted how the producer invited her to his studio in Los Angeles, where she witnessed him ingesting large doses of codeine, even as his friends expressed their worries.

LeMaistre recounted the troubling night at Metro’s studio, describing how she took half a Xanax and a shot of liquor, seeking relief amid the grief of losing her son, before blacking out. She testified that she later came to and found Metro assaulting her, engaging in acts without her consent. After briefly losing consciousness again, LeMaistre stated she awoke in a Beverly Hills hotel room with no memory of how she got there. That same morning, Metro allegedly told her she had to leave immediately.

Metro Boomin Dismisses Allegations as ‘Shakedown,’ Plans Countersuit

LeMaistre’s suit alleges she discovered her pregnancy with Metro as the presumed father, given he was her only partner during that period. She informed the court that she chose to terminate the pregnancy in November 2016. LeMaistre claims Metro mocked her regarding the alleged assault in 21 Savage’s track “Rap Saved Me,” which includes Offset as well. She referenced the lyrics, “She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I’m from the gutter … ain’t no changing.”

Metro has refuted the allegations, calling the lawsuit a baseless extortion attempt and announcing plans to file a countersuit. His attorney stated, “This is a pure shakedown.” “These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”
