Social media trolls DJ Mustard after resurfaced footage shows him asking for a Drake feature.

We previously reported that Mustard shared his sentiments about Drake. The producer claims Drake and Gordo SZN is the reason for his low album sales. He wrote via X, “Drake is the Malcolm x of white people [laughing emoji] and @Akademiks make sure you post @GordoSZN first week since drake thought he did a thing with making him drop on the same day as me [laughing emoji].”

In another tweet Mustard expresses,  “album sales are a form of white supremacy.” He album Faith Of A Mustard Seed, sold 18,000 units in its first week.

A resurfaced interview clip is currently going viral as Mustard says he tried to get Drake as a feature on one of his previous albums. “Nah, he didn’t ignore me… he didn’t take the call. I called a lot of times. I seen him a couple of times and he was like ‘Send me something’”.

“Yup this is why his b*tch a*s salty now..” tweeted one fan. “”They all need that Drake stimulus package”, writes another.

Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Not Like Us’

During a recent interview, Mustard opened up about his new project. He says Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” served as the perfect album rollout.

“I keep saying it and I can’t say it enough — it’s gotta be God,” Mustard tells the outlet. “What am I gonna do to get myself back hot? … How are we gonna spark to where people are like, ‘I wanna hear Mustard again.’ … Then the song came out. There’s my rollout.”

“I’ve been literally trying to get a song with him for years… Before I even made that beat, I got to a point where I was like, ‘I’m gonna send five beats a day.’ I maybe sent him five beats a day for maybe three months.” That said looking at his first week’s sales, it doesn’t seem that it worked out too well for him.
