Cleveland fans couldn’t be more thrilled since Nicki Minaj’s Gag City Tour touched down in the midwestern city. However, one fan was extremely disappointed after a meet-and-greet went awry. On Sunday (Sept.14), X user, @97sbabyy, recalled her heartbreaking experience. “Stood standing all day from 1pm to finally getting closer to the entrance just to announce meets are over. @NICKIMINAJ My heart is broken mother 💔😭 Thank you to the Barbz that had my back 😢🩷 #GagCityCleveland #NickixLøcixDTLR.”
The meeting venue — a shoe store — was reportedly over its 300-capacity limit. Nicki quickly caught wind of the young Barbz’s troublesome story and offered to make it up to her. The Pink Friday rapper offered to fly her out to whatever city she chose. Nicki will also give the fan three new tickets. “I’ll fly you plus 3 to another city, babe. Pick one on the tour & message Pedro on Twitter[X].”
Nicki Minaj Accused Of Bullying Former Fan
While things may have worked out with this Minaj fan, one man claims she was bullying and harassing him. TMZ reports that on Sunday (August 25), the rapper was named in a lawsuit by one of her Barbz. The victim in question, Tameer Peak, paints the Queen rapper as an outright bully. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal Peak told a Los Angeles Superior Court quite a harrowing tale. In the legal documents, Peak describes himself as an ardent follower of the mother of one.
He claims to have supported Nicki Minaj’s music and other business endeavors for over 15 years. He specifically recalls promoting her latest album, Pink Friday 2. However, he claims things soured between them around 2017. In the suit, Peak says Nicki accused him of being a “paid mole” sent to sabotage her. She also used her platform to humiliate him — Peak recalls one incident where she invited him to her hotel only to (unbeknownst to him) embarrass him in front of her fans.
