Nicki Minaj is getting sued by one of the last folks, you would expect: a fan. They say the rapper called them a “mentally unstable stalker.” TMZ reports that on Sunday (August 25), the rapper was named in a lawsuit by one of her Barbz. The victim in question, Tameer Peak, paints the Queen rapper as an outright bully. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal Peak told a Los Angeles Superior Court quite a harrowing tale. In the legal documents, Peak describes himself as an ardent follower of the mother of one.

He claims to have supported Nicki Minaj’s music and other business endeavors for over 15 years. He specifically recalls promoting her latest album, Pink Friday 2. However, he claims things soured between them around 2017. In the suit, Peak says Nicki accused him of being a “paid mole” sent to sabotage her. She also used her platform to humiliate him — Peak recalls one incident where she invited him to her hotel only to (unbeknownst to him) embarrass him in front of her fans.

Nicki Minaj Allegedly Calls Fan ‘One Sandwich Short Of A Picnic’

Peak references another incident in the suit that happened in 2020. He alleges that Nicki’s husband Kenneth Petty assaulted him during a Super Bowl weekend event. Following the alleged incident, Peak says Nicki sent him a direct message writing, “stop saying dumb sh*t.” One of the more egregious allegations made is that Nicki attacked his mental health. Peak says the rapper started targeting him on X, during her Stationhead sessions. He claims in one session that Nicki accused him of not having “a full basket at the picnic.”

As well as, “one sandwich short of a picnic,” implying he was mentally deficient. Peak is seeking $5,000,000 in damages for “reputable harm, emotional distress and financial loss.” TMZ spoke with Minaj’s attorney, Judd Berstein, who says Nicki is the actual victim in this case. Burstein accuses Peak of harassing Minaj online “for years on end to no avail.” He adds, “He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law.”
