Quavo has seemingly responded to Chris Brown‘s “Weakest Link,” and he’s enlisted the help of his late nephew, Takeoff for a contentious chorus.
On Monday (April 22), a track circulating on social media features the Atlanta rapper delivering a colorful tirade directed at the Virginia performer as tensions between the two escalate.
“Come punch me in my face (Pussy)/ It ain’t nun’ but a fade, you know you lost to Frank (Frank Ocean)/ Niggas ran in your house, tied up your aunt ’cause you ain’t pay (Auntie)/ This bullet got your name (Chris)/ Don’t even bring up Take, pussy (Pussy)” he raps in the opener of a new song titled “Over Hoes & Bitches.”
In the echoing chorus, Takeoff raps, “I call your hoe for pussy, (Brrt) I hit your hoe for pussy (Brrt)/ I did a favor coming to save you but you gon’ owe me, pussy (Owe me)/ I’m on the edge, don’t push me (Don’t)
You work with the feds, you pussy (Twelve)/ Commit a crime and ain’t did no time, can’t fake it, we know that you pussy (We know it)/ Pussy, (You) pussy, (You) pussy, (You) pussy nigga/ Time after time, I pull up and wipe me a lil’ baby nose (Pussy nigga)/ Dropping a dime and pillow talking to these bitches and hoes (Pussy nigga)/ Glitter ain’t gold (Pussy nigga, naw)/ You been exposed (Exposed, pussy)“
Later, referencing Brown’s initial jab in “Freak” earlier this month, in which he seemingly takes offense to Quavo dating his ex, he continues: “Lil’ boy wanna die ’bout some coochie? (Bow)/ You still fucked up ’bout Karrueche? (Damn)/ You tried to beat up Teyana, (No cap) but Usher wouldn’t let you do it (Usher)/ The cocaine got ’em, your honor (White), bipolar disorder, no wonder/ You was the greatest, nigga, you fumbled, going out sad, I’m watching you crumble.“
Further exacerbating the situation, the cover art of the track portrays an animated Quavo placing Breezy in a chokehold.
Shortly after, Chris Brown turned to his Instagram Story to respond to the recent development, stating: “Google Raps THAT SHIT IS POOOOOOOH. Damn and I was excited .. that shit don’t even need a response.Takeoff rap better. CMON QUAVIOUS.”
Last week, much to the astonishment of fans, Chris Brown released “Weakest Link” in which he referred to his rivalry with the Migos superstar following a romantic involvement with his ex-girlfriend, Karreuche Tran, and alleged to have been intimate with Saweetie while the duo were still dating.
He raps: “You fucked my ex-ho, that’s cool, I don’t give no fuck, lil nigga/ ‘Cause I fucked yo’ ex when you were still with her, bitch, I’m up, lil nigga.”
Taking it one step further, Brown drags Quavo’s late relative into the equation: “R.I.P. Takeoff, he the only real one, I got true respect/ Crazy how when he died, everybody really wished it was you instead.”

On the other hand, Saweetie, who has not officially responded to Chris Brown’s claims, seemed to suggest the imminent release of her own diss track.
“let me go rewrite these nani verses,” she wrote, taking to X/Twitter.
