Quavo has been ordered to pay nearly $700,000 after a 2018 incident in Las Vegas where he slapped a hotel employee. According to HipHopDX, the jury ruled that Quavo is obligated to pay former hotel valet Antonio Henry for hurting him both “physically and emotionally.” The trial went on for weeks. Quavo and his lawyers argued that Henry was searching for a “hip-hop lotto ticket” and that he was not actually injured. Nonetheless, the jury still rewarded Henry $682,000 for compensatory and punitive damages.

The brawl broke out after Migos was done performing at a nightclub in April 2018. After the event, the stars and Cardi B headed to the Encore, where Quavo was reportedly asked to move his car at the valet. From there, the rapper had a heated exchange, and a physical fight was said to break out shortly after. The entire entourage was reportedly kicked out of the hotel after the clash.

Quavo and Offset Reconciled AMID LOSS OF RICH HOMIE QUAN

On a brighter note, Hot97 previously reported that Quavo and Offset have mended their relationship following the tragic death of Rich Homie Quan. The two Migos stars have endured a strained relationship since 2022, with Quavo hinting at feelings of disloyalty from Offset and TakeOff‘s death adding to the tension. However, as they have made visible efforts to reconcile in recent months, the unexpected passing of fellow Atlanta native Rich Homie Quan on September 5th seems to have prompted them to resolve their differences once and for all.
