Stunna Girl, a rapper from Sacramento known for her hit “Like Dat” and her role on the reality show Baddies, recently revealed she was shot in the chest. She posted a video showing her stitched-up wound and a close-up of a prescription for a “gunshot wound.” She wrote, “It hit above my breast & went out my underpit.” Stunna Girl, 26, did not share details about how, when, or why the shooting occurred, nor did she mention who was responsible or if she reported it to the police.
Following the incident, Stunna Girl received an outpouring of support from fans and fellow artists. JT of City Girls expressed her concern on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “Even though I sent my love in real life, I wanna publicly say I’m praying for you! You’re such a raw & talented girl to me. God gave you a 2nd chance do right with it! Love you @realstunnagirl.”
This shooting is not the first violent incident Stunna Girl (real name Suzanne Brown) has faced this year. In April, a concert in Syracuse, New York, turned violent after a fan sexually harassed her during her performance. Video footage captured the moment a man in the front row grabbed her, prompting a brawl. Stunna Girl’s husband, rapper RichMula500, confronted the man, leading to a physical altercation.
The footage shows Stunna Girl kicking and stomping the man with her high heels while he was on the ground. After getting up, the man threw a chair at another attacker before being hit multiple times and forced to protect himself. Stunna Girl later addressed the incident online, saying, “In reality, I really could have him in jail right now for sexual assault. But I ain’t even put bruh in jail.”
She added that the man continued to harass her online, sending numerous messages and boasting about the gunshot. “Like, you can’t be a gangster, pervert, rat. Like, you gotta pick one,” she remarked.
