Travis Scott is seemingly unfazed following his recent arrest.
We previously reported that according to TMZ, Scott, 33, was arrested on Trespassing and Disorderly Intoxication charges following an argument at a marina in Miami-Dade on Thursday (June 20).
According to reports when authorities arrived, they found Scott “standing by the dock yelling at the vessel occupants.” The rapper was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m.
Officers say they could sense “a strong smell of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath,” according to the affidavit. Scott did admit to police that had been drinking alcohol and stated, “It’s Miami.”
Following the arrest, Scott shared an edited pictures of his mugshot as he had sunglasses and headphones photoshopped on.
We previously reported that a fight broke out at a nightclub in Cannes. According to TMZ, things took a turn when nightclub tycoon Richie Akiva announced that Tyga, and Travis Scott were both at the spot at the same time. “We got T-Raww, AE, and Travis in the building,” he reportedly said.
Travis reportedly had an issue with being announced with Tyga. The two rappers shares an ex (Kylie Jenner). Travis snatched the mic out of Akivia’s hand. A.E, who is friends with Tyga, then reportedly approached Travis and things took a turn from there.
Following the incident, TMZ caught up with AE and asked the status of the situation. “It’s all good” AE expresses.
He continued: “shout out to Southside that’s my n*gg*. I know he was just just defending his boy. I don’t got no hard feelings, it is what it is, it went how it went. Thats it.”
He does clarify that he had no intent on throwing blows. “I don’t wanna fight, I don’t initiate that sh*t…I ain’t about that but I’m gonna protect myself and my people.”
