Following CNN’s obtaining of Diddy (real name Sean Combs), allegedly attacking his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, the disgraced mogul has faced major scrutiny in the world of hip hop. Recently, Uncle Luke and Love and Hip Hop Star, Lil Scrappy, slammed the Bad Boy CEO for his alleged altercation with Ventura. Both had come out in support of Diddy, despite the mounting allegations against him. However, now it seems, that many folks have changed their tune.

In a recent Instagram Live, Luke begins addressing the people around Diddy, who might have enabled his behavior. “All these people who were around, when all that sh*t going, if anybody guilty, they are just as guilty as the individual that did that dumb sh*t.” He continues: “I’m not gonna be around no dude beating up no woman…if I was around something like that I definitely would’ve said something.

Luke added, “And for all them people who was around getting a check, turned a blind eye…the security dudes who wanna run they mouth right now for a check, you should’ve stepped to that man and said something.” Scrappy also hopped on Instagram Live to offer his thoughts on the situation “I’m disappointed in cuz, [like], I’m really disappointed,” he began.

“‘Cause it’s like what the f*ck you doing all that for?” In his opinion, Diddy’s actions cast all men in a bad light. He even claimed had it been a woman in his life that he would he’ll “put hands” on him. “…Like a n*gga ain’t gone live after that…I’m finding you.” Luke and Scrappy weren’t the only ones to comment on the situation.

Hip Hop Reacts To Disturbing Diddy Footage

50 Cent has been on social media tear since news broke about the video, making several posts taking shots at Diddy. In one post, where he re-shared the video from CNN, he wrote, “[eye emoji] Now I’m sure puffy didn’t do it, he is innocent this proves nothing! This is what his lawyers are gonna say, God help us all [prayer hands emoji]!” Bobby Shmurda has also spoken out about the Harlem-bred hitmaker.

According to Shmurda, a man — especially a billionaire— should never let a woman make him lose control. “On God, you gotta stop beating the btches up, y’all od’ing!” he says in an Instagram video he posted on Friday (May 17). “…Can’t no btch make a ngga go crazy,” he continues. “…What the fck is wrong with you n*ggas?” Slim Thug even entered the group chat to back-peddle his earlier comments about Cassie. “I can’t stand by this,” he wrote in an Instagram post. He also apologized to the singer for claiming she was only looking for a payday.
