Ye, formerly Kanye West, is facing explosive allegations in a new lawsuit filed by a former employee, Murphy Aficionado, who accuses the rapper of creating a hostile work environment laced with antisemitism, racism, and inappropriate behavior. The lawsuit details shocking claims about West’s conduct, including alleged sexual encounters with his wife, Bianca Censori, within earshot of staff, antisemitic remarks targeting his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and unpaid wages.

Aficionado alleges that during his tenure as West’s project manager from October 2022 to July 2023, the rapper frequently delivered what he described as “racist lectures.” West allegedly claimed, “The Jews are out to get me,” and accused them of freezing his bank accounts and influencing Kardashian’s decisions, saying, “The Jews got Kim and my kids… She has Jewish masters.”

In one particularly disturbing incident in November 2022, Aficionado recalls being invited to a Beverly Hills hotel room where West and Censori, who was topless and covering herself with her hands, appeared to have just finished a sexual encounter. According to the lawsuit, West was shirtless, out of breath, and had his pants unfastened. The meeting took another inappropriate turn when West left for Censori’s room, and loud noises suggested the couple was having sex again. When West returned, he reportedly wore a shirt featuring a swastika and asked Aficionado for his opinion before showing him explicit photos of Kim Kardashian.

The lawsuit also describes another incident involving an NFL player during a hotel meeting. Aficionado claims he arrived to find West and the athlete preparing for massages, only to hear what he believes were sexual activities between the two men and the masseuse.

Aficionado is suing West for workplace discrimination, retaliation, a hostile work environment, and unpaid wages. He alleges that West failed to pay him for the first five months of employment and subjected him to constant verbal abuse and inappropriate conduct.

These claims add to a growing list of lawsuits against West. He recently skipped a deposition related to a former security guard’s racial discrimination case and faces a separate lawsuit from Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant who accused him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination earlier this year.

West, known for his controversies, has yet to publicly respond to the allegations. However, the mounting legal battles paint a troubling picture of his workplace environment, which former employees describe as chaotic, discriminatory, and abusive.
