Fans have closely monitored Yung Miami‘s social media activity and movements since it was revealed that Diddy would be facing legal issues related to sexual assault in November 2023, as the two are in a relationship.
Gossip blogs reported on Tuesday evening (May 21) that the City Girl unfollowed the mogul on Instagram following the release of surveillance footage by CNN showing Diddy assaulting Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway.
Diddy and Yung Miami began their on-and-off again relationship in 2021. The couple have collaborated on music, including the single “Act Bad” and Diddy’s 2023 album, The Love Album: Off The Grid. Yung Miami and Diddy shared their intimate acts on Caresha, Please, her award-winning talk show on Revolt.
Before the hotel footage, Caresha was spotted with Diddy on multiple occasions and shared Instagram Stories with the mogul. She is named in producer Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy.
While Yung Miami has issued statements on her involvement in Diddy’s legal drama, she has not commented on the surveillance footage or unfollowed Diddy at this time.
Yung Miami or Diddy has confirmed or denied the end of their relationship at the moment. In April, Yung Miami released her new single, “CFWM,” featuring Skrilla Baby.
Diddy and Cassie settled her lawsuit for an undisclosed amount in November 2023. Federal agents raided Diddy’s properties several months later. Meanwhile, the mogul would receive multiple lawsuits from alleged victims, including ex-model Crystal McKinney and Jane Doe, who said she was gang raped by Diddy and others when she was 17.
Diddy has faced public scrutiny from various sources. TMZ released a documentary called “The Downfall of Diddy” last week, and 50 Cent sold his Diddy expose to Netflix after a bidding war.
The apology Diddy released on Sunday has received mixed reviews.
