As soon as the clock hit midnight, Kendrick Lamar took over the internet with the released of a brand new song titled “The Heart (Part 4).”
The fourth part of the series last released in 2014, showed K. Dot as he sent a message to the rest of the hip hop world.
“My fans can’t wait for me to son your punk ass and crush your whole little shit,” he starts. “I’ll Big Pun your punk ass, you a scared little bitch, tiptoein’ around my name, you’re lame. When I get at you, homie. Don’t you tell me you was just playin’.”
Many people believe he was taking shots at Drake in a fight over who is wearing the crown. Other people also believe some of Kendrick’s lyrics take a shot at Big Sean.
“Hoe, Jay Z Hall of Fame, sit ya punk ass down,” is the line social media are saying goes at the G.O.O.D. Music rapper as they claim it allegedly addresses his 2013 album.
The reason for this is due to his single “No More Interviews,” where people claim he went at the Compton rapper.
“And I can’t lie like I like this shIt like I usually do. And I’m just not impressed by you n****as rapping fast. Who sound like one big asthma attack but trash when I’m rapping it back. Who you put in your top five and claim they the savior of rap.”
Today on Ebro in the Morning, Rosenberg broke down the track and some of the lines. He also posed the question if Drake would respond to Kendrick.
