DJ Triple Threat

ABOUT DJ TRIPLE THREAT

Born and raised in the Bronx, DJ Triple Threat turned a childhood dream into a reality and is now a featured DJ on Hot 97, and part of some of the hottest parties in New York City.

His love for the art of DJing began he was 12 years old when his cousin gave him his first pair of turntables. He would stay in his room for hours perfecting the craft of blending, remixing, and scratching different records, dreaming of an opportunity to be one of the featured DJs on Hot 97.

After meeting Cipha Sounds in 2005, he was introduced to Funk Flex, which turned into an opportunity to DJ at Flex’s world-famous car shows. His dedication to his craft earned him a position as a production assistant to the Funk Flex show on Hot 97,as well as opportunities to learn from some of the greatest DJs in history. He used that knowledge to achieve his dream and be a featured DJ on the station he grew up listening to, where he continues to mix today!

Triple Threat’s eclectic DJ style goes back to the Puerto Rican household he grew up in, which allows him to mix various genres such as Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Afrobeat, and all other popular genres heard today at your favorite club. The sky is the limit for this Bronx native with a dream.
