Donald Trump Brings Out Sheff G & Sleepy Hallow At Bronx Rally

Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow have had their fair share of drama. The Brooklyn duo found themselves in hot water back in 2023, facing conspiracy charges that led to a long and grueling trial. But fast-forward to now, and they’re rubbing shoulders with the former President himself.

Quite the turnaround, right? Donald Trump recently rolled into New York City for a presidential rally, and guess who he brought along to sing his praises? Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow. It’s a peculiar choice, to say the least, but it’s got people talking, that’s for sure.

For Sheff G, it’s been all about getting his career back on track since his release from prison in April. He’s been making moves, sitting down for an interview with Complex where he talked about leaving his mark beyond the drill scene he helped shape. “I’m paving the way for the next generation, you know?” he explained. “I’m out here motivating the crowd, letting them know we’re solid. You stand with me, you stand tall. That’s what it’s all about.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has pulled a rapper on stage for a presidential shout-out. Remember when he brought out Lil Pump during a 2020 rally in Florida? That was quite the spectacle.

Trump, in his typical fashion, flubbed Pump’s name, calling him “Little Pimp” instead. But Pump took it in stride, even sporting a MAGA hat later on.

In February, Donald Trump stated that his four criminal indictments increased his support among Black Americans. He compared his legal situation to the historical legacy of anti-Black prejudice in the U.S. legal system.

“I got indicted for nothing, for something that is nothing,” Trump said in South Carolina. “And a lot of people said that’s why the Black people like me, because they have been hurt so badly and discriminated against, and they actually viewed me as I’m being discriminated against. It’s been pretty amazing but possibly, maybe, there’s something there.”
